The SAIIPL released its 7th official ADR Decision on Thursday the 6th of December 2007. The Decision, which was adjudicated by Mr. Chris Job, found in favour of the Registrant (Ian Ward). The Dispute was therefore dismissed. This Decision dealt primarly with the Complainant's rights in and to a generic term, and whether this satisfied the requirements of Regulation 3(1)(a).
